After the great success of our participation at the IMC 10th Anniversary event in Dubai, the Bulgaria Fund Management team is pleased to announce that we will be present at the InvestPro Conference at TAJ Dubai on September 25th.
The Bulgarian Golden Visa Program requires an investment of EUR 512,000 into a government-regulated fund. Our fund, Bulgaria AIF Fund, focuses on fixed-income instruments (bonds) as well as construction projects, including residential developments and elderly care homes. Rather than purchasing property with a 150%+ sales markup, you can participate directly in construction projects and benefit from a potential 150% return during the investment holding period.
